Call it manifesting, the art of attraction, gratitude, dreaming, or positive thinking. Whatever you call it, it’s important to truly realize that HOW we think, has a huge impact on our lives. What we choose to think when something goes wrong and even when something goes well, has a great impact on our overall wellness. This is something that my mother has helped teach me and I will forever be grateful to her for that.
It’s such a simple concept and yet, it’s very easy to forget to see the good in things and turn to negativity. Or to assume the worst instead of hoping for (manifesting) the best. I’m certainly not an expert on this subject, but it’s easy for me to believe that how we think, affects our mental wellness. There is also a lot of research that suggests that how we think affects our physical health and wellness as well.
There are many books, speakers and experts who can teach us and help us with positive thinking. Dr. Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Louise Hay and even Oprah have been teaching us that our thoughts create our reality. I welcome you to familiarize yourself with these teachings to help improve your own well-being.
I learned that one easy way to begin a new thought process is to write down our hopes, dreams, goals, and daily intentions. When we write things down, we see what we have written and it becomes a reality – not just a thought.
Here is a helpful article that speaks more to working towards our goals and our dreams by writing it down.
I hope this helps you in your own path to improving your wellness!
