If you’re here, I have a feeling you know what it’s like to give everything to everyone—only to end the day feeling like it still wasn’t enough.
You’re juggling work, motherhood, the mental load, the never-ending to-do list… and somewhere along the way, you got lost in it all.
I know, because I’ve been there too.
In 2018, my career was thriving, my kids always had cute matching outfits, but I was running on empty—exhausted, overwhelmed, stretched too thin. I kept pushing forward, believing that if I could just do more, be more, manage it all better, I’d finally feel like I was enough. But instead, I ended up experiencing burnout.
That breaking point became my turning point.
I started carving out space for myself—not in a way that felt selfish or like another task to check off, but in a way that felt necessary. I let go of the pressure to do it all perfectly. I found small, meaningful ways to bring more ease into my life. And slowly, I started to feel like me again.
Now, I’m here to help you do the same.
Through The Juggle is Real Podcast, The Juggle is Real: Authentic Self-Care Planner, speaking, writing, and media work, I share real-life strategies to help busy moms move from struggle + burnout to feeling a sense of better-balance—without guilt, without pressure, and without waiting until you’re completely depleted to finally care for yourself.
Life will always be full. The juggle will never fully go away. But with a little intention, a little grace, and a whole lot of self-compassion, you can find joy within the chaos. You can create breathing room. You can take care of yourself in a way that feels good—for you, for your family, for the life you’re building.
And I’m here to walk that path with you.
You don’t have to do this alone. I see you. I get it. And most of all, I’m so glad you’re here xo

Between hockey practices, big family meals, media appearances, and conversations on The Juggle is Real Podcast, she carves out moments for herself—morning walks, yoga, good books, time with friends and personal growth.
She believes in self-care that fits into real life, not the other way around.
And when she’s not at a rink or behind the mic, you'll likely find her indulging in her ultimate snack—dill pickles, straight from the jar.
