A LITTLE BIT OF MY JOURNEY

If you’re here, I have a feeling you know what it’s like to have a lot of things, and people, that matter to you competing for your time and attention.

Work. Family. Relationships. Parenting. Your health. Your goals. The mental load. Somewhere in all of that, it can be really easy to lose sight of yourself.

I know, because I’ve been there too.

In 2018, my career was thriving, my kids had the cute matching outfits, and from the outside, I was doing a pretty great job of keeping all the balls in the air.

Behind the scenes, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and stretched too thin. I kept thinking if I could just do more, be more, or manage it all better, eventually it would feel easier.

Instead, I experienced burnout, before it was the latest trendy topic.

That experience changed how I thought about balance, productivity, self-care and what it actually means to live a full life.

I started making space for myself in small, realistic ways, became more intentional about where my time and energy were going, and let go of some of the pressure to do everything perfectly.

It’s also a big part of why I do the work I do today. Through The Juggle is Real Podcast, my planner, speaking, writing, workshops, and media work, I explore the realities women are navigating and share honest conversations, fresh perspectives, and practical tools for real life.

Because I’ve learned that the goal isn’t to eliminate the juggle. This stage of life is full, and there can be so much good in that fullness. It’s about navigating it with more clarity, intention, and ease, while staying connected to yourself and what matters most.

I don’t have it all figured out, and I don’t think any of us need to. I’m much more interested in figuring out how we can make our full lives feel better while we’re living them.
