A few years ago, I desperately needed a tool to help me figure out how I was going to fit in moments for myself amidst the chaos of my life.
It was January at the time, I was nursing an infant, had two virtual-schooled children and was also working from home full-time. Oh and we had all just come off of being sick for a week. The juggle was most certainly real but I knew I needed to fit in moments of authentic self-care to prevent another experience of burnout.
To stay accountable to myself, I created a guide called ’30 days for me’. It helped me so much that I decided to share it as a free download, which has been shared so many times on multiple platforms, was what landed me my first TV segment on Breakfast Television.
