This workshop journey has been created to help you find more ease, flow and joy in all areas of your life. I know how busy life is with kids, family lives, demanding careers and societal pressures, and I want to share ways to lessen the load and feel lighter.
If you find yourself putting everything and everyone before you; if people-pleasing, overwhelm and exhaustion has taken hold; I want to let you know that there is another side of the story and help you move into better balance with joy, purpose and passion.
This transformational 3-day workshop combines mindset tools, accountability exercises, healing practices + special guest expert experiences that will catapult your personal development journey with compassion and ease.
In just three short sessions, you will move into action and start your own better-balance journey to lose the guilt, shake off the stress, and put yourself in a place where you can show up as the best version of yourself. It is a life-changing experience AND it's really fun.

On each day we will focus on aspects of recognizing and letting go of stressors; giving ourselves grace for the things we can and cannot control; and moving into action with new truths and a plan for better balance moving forward.

Yoga is an incredibly powerful practice we can incorporate into our everyday lives that doesn’t require a large amount of space or even a large amount of time. There are many healing poses that be practiced each day to help ground, restore and empower our energy, even if we only have a few minutes in the day. This 15 minute power grounding class will allow you to ground and feel the release of unwanted energy while we open the heart space to receive calm, peace and gratitude. Movements to feel empowered and balanced.
